Our nutritionist-dietitian will make the patient’s medical history, reviewing all the background, identifying the lifestyle, type of work, eating routines, schedules, physycal activity, among others.
During patient consultation, the clinical condition is detected in order to customize a meal plan, which suits patient’s lifestyle.
The nutricionist has great experience and academic training, and is an expert to manage in both adults and children, different pathologies and gastrointestinal disorders including: Inflammatory Bowel Disease, irritable bowel syndrome (Certified in low-diet management in FODMAP’S), Eosinophilic Esophagitis, Food allergies and gastroesophageal REFLUX sports nutrition and eating disorders.
How do I prepare?
First of all, think clearly about the reason for your consultation and what are the problems you want to solve when you go to a Nutrition specialist. On the day of your consultation you should keep in mind the medications or treatments that you have previously taken or that at the time of attending the consultation you are taking. Remember that to improve the diagnosis that your specialist will indicate it is very useful that you carry out the physical exams or diagnostic support studies that have been performed on previous occasions.
